FERRER MORELL was formed as a limited company on January 26th, l984, keeping the same name since its inception. Their offices are located at Palma de Mallorca , Gremi DEVELLUTERS street , 31 1 º 1 ª, and its purpose is the development, operation, sale or lease of land or property of any kind, the construction of all types of buildings, promotion Real estate in all its aspects, and public works of any kind, paving, excavations and earthworks.
In order to ensure confidence and loyalty of our current and future customers, the management of FERRER MORELL (hereinafter the Organization) decided to establish a quality policy in the Organization to ensure the satisfaction of customer requirements and ensure compliance with our obligations in a satisfactory and effective way. That's why they decide to implement a system of quality assurance based on the recommendations contained in the UNE-EN-ISO 900112000 to achieve and maintain the following objectives:
Maximize profit in all areas, optimizing revenue generation and minimizing costs. Set up and provide the structure of the Organization in the documentary aspects, technical, production and administration in order to ensure compliance with customer requirements, our products and services, in the shorthand described in this Quality Manual. Guide the work of the Organization to achieve the highest possible level of customer satisfaction, thus ensuring compliance to procedures, rules and regulations applicable in each case, pursuing continuous improvement of the management system of the Quality organization.
Ensure participation and involvement of all staff of the Organization in implementing and developing its quality system.
Minimize as much as possible errors and nonconformities arising analyzing and implementing appropriate corrective and preventive actions, in the terms established in this Quality Manual.
